can any one explain me the phenomenon of Razzaq oscillations!!First the news comes that owners of IPL teams are reluctant to buy Pak players; then comes the willingness of SRK to jump in for Razzaq(Pak all-rounder);as soon as the news is out world comes to know that he already has been picked up by the former champs -Deccan Chargers. SRK expresses his loss.The very next day Deccan Chargers deny signing up of Razzaq.PCB chief, Bhatt says that Razzaq himself told him about the call he recieved confirming the sign up whereas Lalit Modi denies the fact of such a call!
