ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Every man and woman in the society should strive hard to increase productivity of all the factors of production. there should also be maintanance of the production, which in turn depends on education. Management Guru such as Peter Drucker who concentrated on the physical factors of production (object) now are stressing on the importance of subject, which influences the economic systems and practices. Samatvam (balance), which is highlighted by the Bagavad Gita plays an important role, the strength of which depends on fostering human values in the society.Morality in man should be nurtured so as to influence the quality of several dimensions of societal activity.India's economic problems can be traced to low motivation, morale, and commitment of people.
morality has become uncommon in the society. The parallel word for morality in Sanskrit is 'Neeti', derived from the root word 'Natha'.It means 'the righteous path that should be followed by all individuals'.As finance is God ,it should be put to use very carefully.Students should develop lofty ideals and goals of life.Self-punishment is required for self-improvement. Students should serve the nation by converting the academic knowledge into skills. One should lead an ideal life as long as one lives in this world and leave behind an ideall life as long as one lives in this world and leave behind an ideal example for posterity.Happiness does not depend on the worldly possessions or affluence alone but it depends on control of desires. It should be remembered at this juncture that there would never come a day when all the problems of the world, be it economic, social, or political are going to terminate once for all. Therefore, modern man should enforce a voluntary ceiling on desires.
