Hey friends today am going to share something which will force you to ask yourselves some serious questions. May be this is not the right place to share such things but I would like to see your comments on it.
This is about one of my friends,Avik who is studying in Icfai,Hyderabad. Am talking about a particular time when he just joined the college and was under lots of pressure just like us. I was in Hyderabad at that time. I still remember a date 13th Jan 2009 when I got a news that one of our close friends with whom we had spend 4 years of our engineering life passed away. I took a leave from my office and rush towards Icfai campus to take Avik to the airport. But I forgot,, he is going to become a Manager. He cant go beyond the line of rules. As expected he asked for permission to go to see his friend for the last time but didn't get it. Next morning before leaving for college he started shaving with tears in his eyes but with fear of loosing attendance. He dressed properly, polished his shoes and left for the college, with some dead sentiments in his mind. Is this what we mean by managers?
Just ask yourself are we not following the same path? Are we not killing our humanity?
